Well-trained personnel is the prerequisite in order to to be able to cater to individual customer wishes and, at the same time, maintain and continue to consolidate a technological competitive edge over the competition. In order to ensure the high quality standards of our products, we attach particular importance to sound apprenticeship training.
In modern apprenticeship workshops at our German plants, we train 50 young people each year and achieve a training quota of 7.5%.
No matter whether you are interested in an industrial or commercial occupation, you can get off to a good start and begin your career with us. We will support you in developing your potential and offer you optimum and individual preparation for your further career. In addition to specialist qualifications, we also convey methodical, social and personal skills which you can use in your respective specialized field.
