Code of Conduct

With a view to our social responsibilities we thus find it extremely important that we specify a common system of values and basic principles. This is done through our Code of Conduct, which defines minimum standards throughout the company and applies to all of our personnel and governing bodies worldwide. Our Code of Conduct aims to create a working environment that is distinguished by integrity, respect, and fair, responsible behavior.
The following statements form the core of our Code of Conduct:

Adhering to all valid laws and legal regulations applicable within the company serves as a guideline for responsible actions and behavior to us and our employees.

We practice fair competition according to the KHS company policy. We expect the same of our personnel, customers, and suppliers.

- Internal organization for the adherence to and implementation of the Code of Conduct
Our management executives are required to actively support the implementation of these guidelines and to ensure that all employees under their supervision are familiar with the Code of Conduct and apply it in practice.
