The Innocheck PLD Leak Inspection System makes sure that your bottles will definitely not leak. You want your product to be fresh and intact when it reaches your customer. The inspection unit ensures that only sealed, leak-proof bottles leave your production line. The Innocheck PLD uses a short burst of air to compress the PET bottles. A high-precision laser then detects the deformation of the bottle. Our system is specially designed to thoroughly check for leaks on PET bottles which contain carbonated beverages. It can handle up to 40,000 bottles per hour.
