Sorting systems

KHS sorting systems use the interaction of ultrasound, camera technology and lighting to provide you with highly reliable inspection and sorting processes for individual glass bottles, PET bottles and empty containers. The test criteria for the sorting process include bottle height, shape and color, or crate color and logo. Of course, damage and dirt are also identified in a systematic way. Combined with the optimized KHS rejection systems, your containers and packages that are either faulty or that do not meet the predefined sorting criteria are rejected from the production flow. This allows you to achieve a consistently high quality standard and a sustained increase in efficiency.
