Your responsibilities

  • In charge of own customer pool within the region
  • Organization of the complete order process from order entry to invoicing
  • Create offers and support in service sales activities
  • Coordination of local and global order management
  • Coordination of purchasing
  • Follow-up of orders and customer service
  • Communication and arrangement of shipments
  • Processing of complaints, return shipments and credit notes
  • Close cooperation and coordination with internal accounts
  • Point of contact for customers and headquarter

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Knowledge of KHS’ products and technologies used in the beverage and packaging industries a plus
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP (B1/S4/R3) an advantage
  • Good spoken and written English, further language skills are an advantage (German, Arabic)
  • Customer centric mind set with high level of service orientation
  • Reliable, good communication skills, team player
  • Adaptiveness and sensitiveness to a different culture
  • Self-confident and friendly appearance
