Wir suchen für unseren Standort Bad Kreuznach einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) für den Bereich Ausbildung. Umfang des Praktikums: 4-6 Monate, 35 Std./Woche.
Deine Aufgaben
Mitarbeit im Bereich Ausbildung, Personalwesen und Projektmanagement
Unterstützung in der Abteilungsorganisation (z. B. Event- und Terminorganisation, Kursplanung)
Mitgestaltung des Dokumentationsmanagements (z. B. Vereinheitlichung der standortübergreifenden Dokumentationen und Datenerfassung)
Mitwirkung an der Ressourcen-/Bedarfsplanung (z. B. Prozessbeschreibungen, Inventur- und Materialerfassung, Personalorganisation und Erstellung von Schichtplänen)
Unterstützung bei der Koordination diverser Themen (z. B. Verbundausbildung und Personalmarketing) und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
Mitgestaltung beim Ausbau der Digitalisierung und Modernisierung im Bereich Ausbildung (z. B. Umsetzung von Blended Learning Konzepten)
Dein Profil
Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
Eigenständigkeit, strukturiertes Denken und Gestaltungsmotivation
