Ab sofort suchen wir für unseren Zentralbereich "Projektmanagement" am Standort Bad Kreuznach einen Projektmanager (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben
Gesamtprojektleitung für Kundenaufträge
Entwicklung von Projektablaufplänen
Verantwortung für den Projekterfolg (Kosten, Zahlungen, Termine und Qualität)
Steuerung und Koordination des Projektteams und aller Schnittstellen
Technische und kommerzielle Auftragsklärung
Kaufmännisches Controlling des Projektes, Terminverfolgung und Projektreporting
Change und Claim Management
Bewertung von Chancen und Risiken auf Grundlage der Projektrisikoprüfung (PRIP)
Koordination des Eskalationsmanagements; Lösung von Konflikten
Durchführung von Projektreviews und Erfahrungsaustausch mit Beteiligten
Vorbereitung der Baustellenphase sowie Baustellensteuerung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bauleiter
Projektsteuerung bis zur mängelfreien Übergabe an Kunden und After Sales Service
Ihr Profil
Vorzugsweise kombinierte technisch-kaufmännische Ausbildung (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau/Brauwesen und Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und/oder im technischen Vertrieb wünschenswert
Praxiserfahrung im Einsatz als Projektmanager für Projekte im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, möglichst in der Lebensmittel-/Getränkeindustrie von Vorteil
Kenntnisse des Vertragsrechts
Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP und MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word und Project)
Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, sowie Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Fremdsprache (vorzugsweise Spanisch oder Portugiesisch)
Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und adäquate Umgangsformen
Sicheres, effizientes Zeitmanagement und flexibler Arbeitseinsatz nach Projekterfordernis
Bereitschaft zu häufigen Dienstreisen und längeren Auslandsaufenthalten (20-30% Reiseanteil)
