This is why we have developed the modular Innoket Neo Flex labeling machine for our customers. With it you are best prepared to face new technological challenges. Our multifunctional labeler combines flexibility, reliability and convenience to provide top performance. Its various modules can be easily interchanged. This allows you to also meet changing labeling requirements without any problems. The Innoket Neo Flex is convincing with its first-class labeling of your cans and glass, PET and plastic containers. Depending on the module it labels up to 74,000 containers per hour for glass and PET and 35,000 containers per hour for cans.

The Innoket Neo Flex is based on the Innoket Neo module. This means that you can depend on reliable, established standards while benefitting from all the advantages provided by a modular system. If required you can simply switch over to other labeling techniques and expand your Innoket Neo Flex until it is ideally set up to cater for your range of products. With its free-standing stations and patented swiveling door technology the machine provides perfect access. Containers are conveyed by a servoscrew without a stop star. Format changeovers are fast and ergonomic without the need for tools.

  • Focus lamp

    Brief description: Special NIR heater within the heater unit which produces a focused, linear ray of heat. Goal: targeted heating of the preform in the area below the neck ring. Result: homogeneous shift of material, optimized process, improved material distribution in the bottle; material savings option.

    Characteristics: Focus lamp for bottle optimization

    Containers/preforms: Can be used for special preform designs

    Media: Soft drinks, water, juice, beer, food, non food

    Convincing: Optimized process through standardized material distribution in the bottle; modular system which fits into all standard heater boxes on the InnoPET Blomax Series V. Can be retrofitted on the InnoPET Blomax Series III and higher

    Sustainable: Optional material savings through preform optimization and use of previously unstretched PET

  • VarioDrive

    Brief description: Bottle plates driven by servomotors

    Benefits: VarioDrive provides maximum flexibility with processing programs which vary greatly or for future expansions

    Convincing: Bottle plate, motor and electronics are combined in a compact plug-and-produce unit

  • Camera-controlled container alignment

    Brief description: Containers optically aligned by their embossing or container seam

    Benefits: Precise, camera-assisted alignment of up to 60,000 containers per hour

    Convincing: Label accurately positioned according to the required alignment feature

  • Foiling head

    Brief description: Processing of pointed tinfoil

    Benefits: Decorative elements applied over the container closure

    Convincing: Application bells for aesthetically pleasing labeling results

  • Traveling applicators

    Brief description: Applicator system within the machine carousel

    Benefits: Reliable application of (swing-top) tamper-evident or seal labels

    Convincing: Precise, immaculate processing of labels which reach up to the bottle closure

  • Integrated inspection technology and date coding
