Flexible basic service with an optional embedded engineer

Extensive service with the maximum flexibility: our Start-up service package is our inexpensive offer for companies who want to use their recently installed KHS lines and machines with the maximum efficiency and flexibility.

Regular inspection and maintenance under the competent guidance of our KHS engineers form the basis upon which your system functions both reliably and efficiently. We are at your side with our expert and competent advice on machine settings and wear parts. With our proven Remote Diagnostic Service (ReDiS) we also provide you with a highly efficient form of diagnosis and remote maintenance for your lines and machines. Our hotline and service center are of course also available to you around the clock.

We can offer you even more service and expertise with our optional embedded engineer program. Here, a KHS engineer provides you with long-term advice and support at your production site so that you can work efficiently while planning ahead at all times.

The Start-up service package is especially suitable for new customers who wish to enjoy extensive support in the first three to six months after installation and performance testing of their KHS plant technology. Once this period has elapsed, our Basic, Advanced and Comfort service packages are available on request.

Inexpensive basic service for optimum production conditions

We want you to be able to work reliably and efficiently in the long term with your KHS lines and machines. Our Basic service package thus offers you an extensive maintenance program for the maximum service life of your KHS system.

The Basic service package includes regular inspections of your machines by a local KHS senior service engineer who will also give you competent advice on wear parts and any possible line optimization. KHS also supervises all maintenance work, during which your system is fully tested and all filters, defective parts and seals are directly replaced. With our proven Remote Diagnostic Service (ReDiS) we also provide you with a highly efficient form of diagnosis and remote maintenance for your lines and machines. Our hotline and service center are of course also available to you around the clock.
