The Innopal PB HSS with its integrated pallet lift is a convincing, extremely powerful non-returnables palletizer that can process up to 750 layers per hour. It is particularly suitable for handling all standard styles of beverage can packaging, such as carton packs, trays with film or paper wrappers and the KHS NMP and CNP systems. Engineered as a two-column palletizer, it is robust, stable and reliable. The split shuttle plate ensures that the palletizer can perform its tasks quickly and precisely in this capacity range.
Well thought out
With the integrated linear pallet liner inserter that can be combined in various placement options, up to two pallet liner magazines can be accessed. From single- or multi-lane infeed to the number of robots, the Innopal RG array can be integrated according to your individual requirements.
