Your responsibilities

Promptly attend and solve customer break downs and all service and maintenance requirements.
Carry out scheduled services and service visits
Prepare service and audit reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and data.
Meticulously document services, conversions and overhauls by completing the required forms, logs, reports and records.
Maintain system and product base.
Testing systems and analysing data.
Prepare overhaul plans and spare parts lists.
Provide technical clarifications to customers, recommending improvements, modifications, conversions and upgrades to optimize efficiency.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, attending all meetings where required
Handle and maintain company equipment responsibly, reporting defects in a timely manner.
Maintain product and company reputation at all times
Respect and adhere to all international safety standards and regulations.

Your profile

You must be a Tanzanian citizen.
University degree (Bachelor’s degree or above) in automation/electronics engineering.
At least 2 years’ experience in the beverage industry in automation & programming.
Advance electrical skills. Siemens S5/S7, ICONIX, B&R, KUKA, Simotion/ Sinamics TIA Portal.
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
Excellent report writing skills.
Profound knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel; Power Point and Outlook.
Ability to work under pressure in a team, adhering to deadlines.
Solution oriented mindset.
Must be a strong team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Must be able to read all types of technical drawings, layouts and design specifications
Willingness to travel extensively within Africa
