Modular in design and flexible with one, two, three or four height-adjustable tightening heads, you can achieve an excellent throughput of up to 1,500 kegs/h with our practical Innokeg fitting tightener keg accessory. Control is electronic by means of a servo motor and gives you high reproducibility of the tightening torque. As standard, our fitting tightener is equipped with a slat belt chain conveyor, a singulating device and a pneumatic clamp unit at each handling station.

Well thought out

Your kegs are fed into the fitting tightener one at a time and are centered automatically at each handling station. The two-stage application of the torque is particularly practical. This means a very high speed for the first stage and a lower one for the second stage. This has the advantage of the highest possible accuracy when fitting the screw connector while at the same time providing maximum safety.
