BottleClip Carrier – the sustainable carrying handle system for PET multipacks

With our BottleClip Carrier we’re adding a carrying handle variant for PET multipacks to our Nature MultiPack system that’s particularly low on materials. Dots of adhesive hold the bottles securely together, while a light cardboard handle makes for great carrying convenience. The result is a compact, completely film-free multiple pack that’s visually and ecologically convincing.

The BottleClip Carrier scores with its much lower material consumption and therefore less waste. As neither shrink film nor additional cardboard packaging are necessary, this system constitutes one of the most sustainable types of secondary packaging currently available. Consumers profit from simple handling and good recyclability, brands from a clear, transparent packaging format that visibly practices conservation of resources.

Efficient processing

Our system is suitable for PET multipacks comprising two to eight PET bottles. Here, the cardboard handle is automatically applied and affixed to just two bottles to reliably stabilize the entire pack. With no further packaging stages required, BottleClip Carrier takes up little space on production lines and is energy efficient to boot. It can be quickly integrated into existing KHS packaging systems – including machines with Nature MultiPack modules – and little adjustment is needed.

The BottleClip Carrier has been extensively tested as regards its portability, stability and handling. The result is a robust pack that can be reliably warehoused and transported and is proving extremely user-friendly on the market.
