With the Innopro Ecoclear we provide a pioneering system for the membrane filtration of beer, giving you consistently high quality coupled with maximum process reliability. The modular filter system operates according to a crossflow method and enables downstream equipment to be supplied without interruption thanks to automatic module switching. This not only boosts efficiency but also reduces the buffer volume. EcoClear can be flexibly adapted to suit production requirements and seamlessly combined with the Innopro Ecostab beer stabilization unit for a complete filter cellar from a single source.
Well thought out
The Ecoclear system is based on a modular construction. Depending on the required filtrate capacity, clusters of membrane filter units are switched in parallel to form a module. Each cluster has its own crossflow pump, thus increasing operational reliability and facilitating maintenance. The batch filtration system can therefore be easily scaled and retrofitted.
The Ecoclear is particularly efficient when four modules are combined with one another: with a filtration surface surplus of 33%, full performance is retained despite backwashing and CIP. The clever parallel guide ensures an even product flow and short cleaning times. Crossflow transfer maximizes the trub discharge.
