Your responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the processes during the offer phase in close cooperation with the PC’s and user departments.
Technical Sales is responsible for technical offer management and project planning
Technical advice and expertise from Sales at the customer’s site
Coordination of the practical implementation of customer requirements in a technical system
Coordination of the strategic alignment for the relevant offer
Development and implementation of customer-specific line concepts
Process harmonization worldwide as the Line Center of Competence (LCoC)
Use of guidelines, tools and knowledge from the PCs
Practical realization of customer requirements and strategic alignment
Decision as to the best technical system solutions
Temporal and technical verification of the offer process
Processing of technical systems in cooperation with the PCs, Third-party Equipment and the Layout Department
Provision of technical documents
Technical clarification with the customer
Change-and-claim management during the offer phase and during order clarification.
Your profile
Bachelors degree in Engineering
At least 4 years experience in the beverage industry
Good knowledge of KHS internal IT systems and programs.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
Must be a strong team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Solution oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to read all types of technical drawings,layouts and design specifications.
Willing to travel extensively in Africa and Europe
