The compact can filler/seamer block combines hygienic design, modular performance and optimized use of resources. Its drastically reduced hygiene area that’s up to 93% smaller than the classic housing makes cleaning easier – plus it saves on space. Outputs of up to 136,000 cans per hour in modular operation also make for a high level of productivity.

The SmartCan Eco is a logical addition to the successful SmartCan series. Each component has been optimized with respect to efficiency, hygiene and ease of operation. Precise filling valves with electromagnetic inductive flow metering ensure exact filling volumes. Separate belt and screw drives, pneumatic bell actuators and servo controllers in the Ferrum FS-series seamer permit simple and gentle processing of lightweight cans. The up to 93% smaller hygiene chamber lowers air and filter requirements from eight to ten to one to two sterile air blowers and enables simultaneous interior and exterior cleaning.
