Your responsibilities
Single point of contact for customer for field service for inspections, overhauls, conversions and training requests
Monitoring & controlling activities of the technicians
Preparing offer and order confirmation for the service interventions
Processing of Interco and 3rd party technicians
Coordination of site requirements with customer (health & safety, security, medical,…)
Preparation and preliminary clarification of conversion orders and service contracts
Clarification of outstanding input for conversions
Analyzing of time sheets against the offer and generating the proforma invoice to adjust purchase order (PO)
Invoicing against updated PO
Your profile
Aptitude for customer service and/or business administration, preferably for technical or maintenance businesses
Experience with field service operations is preferred
Experience with SAP Hana S4 is preferred
Dutch and English, German or French are an advantage
Open and approachable personality
Team player, assertive and pro-active
Good communicator
Detail-oriented, analytical and structured way of working
