The Innopal PKT is designed to process returnable containers and kegs and is available as a single- or double-station machine. Depending on requirements, the machine reliably and accurately processes between 500 and 800 layers an hour.
Well thought out
The robust two-column machine features a servomotor-driven telescopic cross conveyor. Like on a telescope the palletizing head is pushed into the cross conveyor, thus making space for quick pallet changeovers. This facilitates maximum precision at high speeds. The modular design can be flexibly tailored to your requirements, allowing you to choose between clamping or gripper heads, for example. During machine maintenance a special sensor-controlled stop system monitor ensures reliably safe operation.
