Innoclean Cascade D: our new hygienic standard

A further highlight at our trade show booth will be our new Innoclean Cascade D double-end bottle washer. Its construction and hygienic design are tailored to efficient cleaning and optimized use of water, energy and media. The compact bottle washing machine also impresses with its easy accessibility for operators and simplified maintenance.

SmartCan Eco by KHS/Ferrum: pooled expertise for beverage cans

Together with our partner, Ferrum Packaging AG, at BrauBeviale we’ll be presenting our can filler/seamer block SmartCan Eco by KHS/Ferrum for outputs of up to 135,000 cans per hour. Thanks to exact flow metering and precise container handling, the system also processes thin-walled lightweight cans.

Reliable service and smart digital solutions

To specifically help you with your daily work processes, at BrauBeviale we’ll also be showing you our practical service solutions. We offer you holistic life cycle support. This includes the development of new packaging concepts, predictive maintenance, modernizations and digital applications for day-to-day production operations, among other services. In future, our support will begin at an even earlier stage when we’ll help you with the planning of production sites.

As an example of our extensive portfolio of services, at BrauBeviale we’ll be demonstrating the further developed KHS ConnectApp Guide: integrated bills of materials provide parts information directly on the line while dynamic tasks are based on actual system utilization. This facilitates planning and enables standardized system operation.
